Overview
Our vault division provides monitored storage and access control for cash, precious metals, documents and high-value assets. Every vault entry is logged, audited and reviewed by our 24/7 control room.
Fortress Gold's vault division operates Class TRTL-rated rooms purpose-built for bullion, jewellery, evidence, original documents and high-value collectibles. Every door swing is dual-authenticated, every entry is video-audited, and every client receives a timestamped log they can put in front of an underwriter or a court without edits.
Two-officer access protocol
No single Fortress Gold officer can open a vault unaccompanied. Entry requires biometric authentication from two licensed officers plus client authorisation, with the entire approach captured on dual-feed CCTV.
Audit trails & reporting
Every event — door swing, alarm, sensor reading, officer presence — is written to a tamper-evident log. Clients receive a monthly access statement and can request raw event logs anytime.
Document & climate vaults
Separate climate-controlled chambers for original documents, wills, deeds, archival film and fine art — held at 18–22°C and 45–55% RH with continuous monitoring.

How quickly can I access my items?
Standard access is by appointment with same-day turnaround. Priority access is available with 90 minutes' notice.
Are items insured while in your care?
Fortress Gold carries primary specie insurance for items in the vault; clients can layer additional cover on declared values. We provide certificates on request.
Can my own auditor inspect?
Yes — your auditor or insurance assessor can attend by appointment. We provide a private room and full access to the relevant logs.
