Overview
Our logistics division moves what matters. Armoured and unmarked vehicles, vetted crews and dynamic route planning protect cash, precious metals, evidence and high-value goods door to door.
Fortress Gold's logistics division moves cash, bullion, jewellery, art, evidence and confidential documents across NSW and nationally. Crews are directly employed, vehicles are owned and maintained in-house, and every job runs against a live route plan watched in real time by our control room. Insurance and chain-of-custody documentation are issued before the vehicle leaves the dock.
Dynamic route planning
Routes are generated daily, never repeated within a window, and adjusted live for traffic, weather and threat intelligence. The control room can re-route a vehicle from anywhere on the network within 60 seconds.
Chain of custody
Every parcel is sealed in tamper-evident packaging at pickup, scanned at every handoff and signed for at destination. Custody packs include serials, photos, GPS trace and signatures — delivered to you within an hour of completion.
National coordination
Through our vetted partner network we coordinate cross-border movements with one schedule, one pricing line and one operations contact. The Fortress Gold job number follows the cargo end to end.

Common questions
Do you offer armed escort?
Yes, where lawful and operationally appropriate. Armed escort is matched to the threat profile and value, and approved by our Head of Logistics on a per-job basis.
Are you insured for high-value cargo?
We carry primary specie cover with declared-value uplifts available per movement. Certificates of insurance are issued in writing before pickup.
Can you handle one-off interstate movements?
Yes. One-off and ad-hoc movements are common — quoted within the same business day with origin and destination times confirmed before booking.
How do you protect against insider risk?
Two-officer crews on every job, randomised route plans, sealed tamper-evident packaging and live control-room oversight. No single crew member can complete a movement alone.
