Do you cover function nights and live music?
Yes. We surge staff for ticketed events, weddings, NYE and major sporting nights — booked through your duty manager or our account manager directly.
Are officers RSA certified?
Yes. Every floor officer holds a current NSW RSA in addition to their crowd control licence.
Will the same officers come back?
We assign a core team to your venue so members and staff see familiar faces. Casual relievers cover leave, but the lead supervisor is consistent.
How do you handle patron complaints?
Every complaint is logged the same shift, escalated to your duty manager, and our area manager is available to attend any meeting with the patron or ILGA inspector.
