Before officers go live, our operations manager walks the site with your project lead. We map fence lines, lay-down yards, crane exclusion zones, hot-work areas and the locations of high-theft items like copper, tools and fuel — then translate that into post orders and patrol routes.
Officers run sign-in/out registers, verify SWMS and inductions, and turn away non-compliant trades. Visitor IDs are issued and recovered, deliveries are checked against schedules, and any after-hours access is logged with photo evidence.
